Voice Based Debt Collection - Canada

We are proposing to do a voice based debt collection (commercial debt only and does not include consumer debt) for a company having office in Canada. We are based out of India. This would be a debt collection over voice which includes calling a debtor, reminding debtor of amount due, due date, and other related details of the debt and updating the records & doing collections as per the feedback received from the debtor. Please guide us to the applicable legliations/ regulations/ licencing requirements, if any for the Company (Canada based) to outsource the debt collection work to us (based out in India).

Also, request you to highlight of the answer to the above would be different in case we are based out of Canada.
