settlement offer paid, collector still calling
I received a settlement offer letter for 25% of the debt. I sent payment for just over the amount, which has been cashed by the collector, yet they are still calling. What do I do now to make them stick to their own agreement?

make sure they sign an agreement--if they will not then file in small claims court asap.
