Judgement from Hong Kong in USA? They served me by publication
Unfortunately, I had a consumer( credit card ) debt judgment from Hong Kong last year. They served me by publication since I was absent from Hong Kong for several years. I just find out about they won the court case most recently because the creditor (a credit card company ) tries to enforce the judgment in the USA.
