Default Case Discontinued

My friend went to court today for credit card debt. She is on SSI. She did not go before the judge. She hot a paper that said this case & any law counterclaims ared discontinued without prejudice without costs to either side. I don't think anyone from the collection agency showed up.

Sounds like the case is finished--but they can still file again if it is dismissed without prejudice.
