Question Help

I'am an employee of a trucking company and a creditor has been calling almost every day on my company cell phone. The problem is the creditor is asking for my employer. I have explained to her that I'm just an employee that all I can do is pass the information to my boss. The creditor has never addressed herself other than her name never a company name has been said. She has asked me questions about my status at the company and has asked personal question about my empolyer. I told her that I'm not aloud to give her that information. But still she calls Monday through Friday hounding me for informantion. She has told me that I'm talking out my ass when I don't give her the information she wants. What do or can I do about this situation?

Default Re: Help

Does her number show up on your caller i.d? If so, simply don't answer the phone when it's her. Problem solved. If you don't have caller i.d. and you answer and she identifies herself, simply hang up before she can begin her barrage. It's really so simple it's amazing you need advice on what to do.

You are under no obligation to talk to collection agencies; whether they're calling for you or for someone else.

You may also want to pass on the message(s) to your employer.
