I live in Texas.
I received a phone call from a debt collector. This debt collector refused to listen to me and kept interrupting me... I started recording the phone call, but I know that some US states prohibit phone recording so I asked him "what state she was calling from" and he refused to tell me. Did he violate the law by not telling me from which state he is making the call? |
