My personal assets & the debt of the landlord
I am in Singapore and I am currently renting a room without any written agreement, living together with the landlord. Now, my landlord is unable to pay his big debt so that his personal assets will be seized. Will my personal assets inside the room also be seized and considered as his personal assets by law?
