court

I did go to my requested court date, I stated my reasons for default on my CC. I also told the judge my medical setting, I when ask I proivied a doulbale plan. The lawyer was not from the company sueing, but a rep from my town.. I did my thing and we given a new date to appear. On the way out the friend said don't worry. You'll hear from them. Now 3 weeks later I have not heard from them. I Went to clerks office and ask for a delay because I Have a Medical appointment tommorrow. But now I am going to see if this really happens. I Offered to pay 2 Xs once in court, and one with their rep., they told me they did'nt take payments. I would have to say wake up unless you are so powerful that you control the legal world. I 'll styate my case again and hope for the best. I want to think you for your help, I realize the simple word of THANK YOU is hard to find but here's yours. If I lost I may be Pissed but I got my self in this and WILL get myself OUT.
