attaching bank accounts

attaching bank accounts
While in Asia I had a default which resulted in an attachment of my US bank account. I can not take care of it for several months. If I put money in a foreign bank, will they be able to attach the foreign bank account.
If so, how long would it take and would I have a chance to dispute it before they seized the account. |

They will have to get a court in that country to agree and it takes time and expense--and they have to find it first as well.
