Financial information not secure online

I am working with a debt settlement agency to negociate debt with my credit cards. Today I logged into my account on their website (to access, all that is required is my email address and phone number) and discovered a Limited Power of Attorney in my uploaded documents that is not mine. Included in the PoA is someone else\'s name, birth date and social security number. Basically, all the information anyone would need to steal an identity. I am now deeply concerned that MY information is not secure. What IF they accidently uploaded one of MY documents with MY information onto someone else\'s page who was less honest than myself???

Alert the bank of this and have them remove it from your account online.
