Creditor seized car!
I have a judgment against me and they came and took my Ford that was paid for If I file a claim of exempition will I get my car back?

The ultimate answer will depend upon in which jurisdiction (state) this took place. Some allow for deficiency judgments, whereas others do not or allow them only under certain conditions. Since the vehicle has alreads been seized, truthfully you need to speak with a local attorney. Go to the WLD main page and contact them to get a referral for a lawyer in your area who can help.
