I received a judgment issued about over 7 years ago. The Company has been closed for 7 years and is still listed in the Division of Corporation in NYS as active. The president for this company is a president of another company that is really doing very well. How can I get my money from this President? The Judgment is in the name of the company not the President.

This is a difficult task trying to prove personal liability of a corporate officer. Truthfully, you need to speak with a litigation attorney in your area. That is really your only realistic chance here. I know that WLD has lawyers all over the place, so I would suggest contacting them. Go to their main page and request a referral. Hope you have success in collecting this judgment. AJJ
