bad check
We recently sold our boat. The buyers gave us cash plus a check in the amount of 2000.00. The check bounced. My bank submitted it three times then charged me a fee. How can I get my money from these people???

Re: bad check
You can sue in small claims and you may also file a criminal law complaint with the police for a bad check.
