file bankruptcy?
i am on total disability my wife is diabetic and will be filing for disability
also creditors call 30 times a day we are scared to answer. -- 30k in debts--should we file bankruptcy? |

If you have no way at all to pay back that money then meet with bankr. counsel to discuss options--yes.

The simple solution to the phone calls is to change your number.
If you are 30 K in debt and you are both on disability, (not sure why diabetes constitutes disability), and you have no way to pay back such a large amount of debt, then yes, you should file for bankruptcy. It costs money, however, so be prepared. |
