Ex filed Chapter 7 trustee after me
Ex filed Chapter 7 and his trustee is coming after me for my retirement that was in our 2004 decree but because it was judge decision we didn't agree and I have not paid him a dime of the 4500. Now getting harassed by trustee to pay up plus interest. I have no money, no money for lawyer, 3 kids to take care of. Can't the ex tell make a statement to them that 1. we worked it out or 2. i paid him?
Isn't Chapter 7 where they do not have to pay back the money they owe? |
