In debt no money...
i owe $1067 on a credit card i only work once or twice a week making $100 a week they are threatening to send me to court and taking my checks if i don't pay $275 by august 28 i have not worked this week and i work to survive i cant make a payment and if they take my checks what would i do? Please help to guide me. Thank you for your time.

Call the credit card company and set up a payment arrangement.
