Misnomer On My Credit Report
Someone is going to get in trouble for this. What does it mean when a junk debt collection agency puts for Loan Account-Factoring Company Account instead of for Loan Account-Credit Card. This is a misnomer. It is not true. They need to be sued. The account don't belong to me at all. A consumer lawyer will hear about this.
