builder in India owes money
I live overseas in the U.S., A builder in India
owes us some money and duly made out postdated checks to the effect. The first one of these was applied as agreed and \'bounced\' due to insufficient funds in their bank. I have my banks cover letter along w/ the bounced check. what are my rights? especially as an NRI living overseas. |
