summon for pre-trail
i have been summon for an old credit card debt, it is in a town that i used to live, now i'm 4 to 5 hours away and is hard for me to get there, will i get in problems with the law if i don't go????? and if i don't go and the judge say i have to pay it all now, i don't have that money, is there anything i can do??
