Exclamation repo law - can they touch my daughter's stuff?

North Carolina - I have a consent judgement against me for a credit card debt. I made an agreement to pay $100 a month and have done so on time for a year. Then I received a letter stating that I fell behind and had agreed to pay $200 a month; which I had not. I called and discussed with them and told them that the agreement was for $100. They said if I could not pay the $200 + the $500 past due to bring the account up to date, they would file the judgement and proceed with the collection of such. They said that they would start to repossess my assets. I own NOTHING!! I live with my daughter and pay her rent; plus, I am only a co-sign on my car, but, our bank accounts are in both names.

CAN THEY GO AFTER HER POSSESSIONS OR HER ACCOUNTS??

Need help.
