Collecting Default Judgment - Company in Receivership
I sued my former employer for earned, but unpaid wages and received a default judgment. My employer is currently in receivership. What is the next step to collect the monies owed? Demand letter? Lien? Other?

You need to collect through the court handling the receivership normally.
Contact the court and the administrator handling the claims. |
