traded in a vehicle for another one
I traded in a vehicle for another one, and the dealership never took the car I traded in off of my record. The creditors now want me to pay the car off that I traded in. I have all the paperwork proving I traded the car in. What should I do??? File for Bankruptcy??? Or fight the issue in court???
