I received a bill for my part of co-insurance for services rendered when I gave birth. The bill states it's past due but it's the first time I have ever received a bill from them. I gave them a call and explained this but was told not receiving first bills sometimes happens but I still have to pay the past due amount. Is there anything else I can try to do to not pay the past due amount?
