How do I get the lawyers office to fax a letter of payment to my bank?

Our bank account was garnished cause of a bad debt. We paid the account the next day through western union. The problem is they still have not released our bank account. In the meantime, I have bounced 3 checks. How do I get the lawyers office to fax a letter of payment to my bank, in which they did say they would accept the fax and release our account, But its been 3 days and the lawyers office has not sent the fax yet. Please help me

You can sue them in small claims and/or tell them you will file a Bar complaint for fraud and harassment if they fail to give notice.

Or you can go to the court that ordered the freeze and inform the court; and ask the court to order a release.
