collect on a debt
Pa. I had a repo of my car years ago and was notified a few months back that a judgement had been filed against me for the left over amount that was not collected when the car sold and the collection agency/law firm called to set up a payment plan to collect this 5700.00 balance. I made a few payments but currently lost my job and can't afford to pay them. What can they do to me? Is there anyway to rid of this debt,

They cannot do too much if you have no assets or job--but see above. |
