ex-husband messing up my life
new york, divorced and i cosigned for an suv when married, divorce papers state the he took the suv and is responseable for it and the payment and that if he defaults that i am not responseable for the payment, is this so

That is true as between you and him, but not as to the bank if you are still listed on the loan. This is a common problem.
You need to take him back to court for contempt if he has failed to do what has been ordered. |
