Can a person who has not paid their payday loan be prosecuted if the state they live in prohibits payday loans?

payday loans doesn't creates any problem it is one of the easiest method.

Sounds like you don't want to pay back a debt. If you took their money you should pay them back in good faith. However, I am sepaking on a lender point of view and not the legal point of view. Stay away from anytype of payday advance/check cashing company.

It does seem to me that the company should have its doors shut if they are offering something that is not legal in your state.

If it is actually illegal in the state your state banking authorities often can help you to void the loan.
