New Collection Software Company

I recently came across a new company that claims to have a collection software package for a very decent price. I am new in the debt collection industry and just started my collection practice. I am have a couple of questions for experienced lawyers out there.

1. What software do you use to keep track of your collections
2. How do you keep your collection cases from falling through the cracks during the litigation process?
2. Have you ever heard of Simplicity Software by a company named SeikoSoft. (ww.seikosoft.com)
