USA credit card debt
Hello,
I have a question about my friend with credit card debt he made. He left US (Texas) with unpaid 8000 $. He was an illegal immigrant there. Now He lives in Eastern Europe. He did not do this on purpose. Can anyone be looking for him to collect the debt? Is it possible for collecting agency to go to Eastern Europe to find him and made him pay all debt ?? SOL in Texas is 4 years, does it mean that after that time the debt will be cancelled or it means that the debt will be still there but nobody will be looking to collect it ? Thank You |

I have an emergency situation where i need to get $1000 fast for my car to be repaired. I need the money fast but I still want to not get screwed over.
My friend suggested an online site that he used before called www.instantbailout.com. I looked it over and it looks ok, but I am not sure what is a reasonable rate for a payday loan. Is there a standard for this type of loan? Also does a payday loan effect your credit? |

Hello..
I suggest an online site that he used before called Debtadviceyoucantrust.co.uk. I looked it more than and it looks ok, but I am not confident what a sensible rate for a payday loan is. |
