Tennessee Wrong date on warrant
I was issued a warrant due to an unpaid credit card. When I showed up for court the clerk told me that the wrong date was put on my warrant and that the actual court date was the day before. Furthermore I had judgement placed against me for not being there. They put the wrong court date on my warrant. Do I have any options? Thanks. James

The court will vacate/void that judgment if you show the court that the date for you to show was incorrect.
Give a copy of all documents to the judge and clerk. |
