bulldog65 Junior Member Join Date: Jan 2009 Posts: 1	Can I get my money back? I lent my friend money when she opened up her business. At the time, we put on paper (no lawyer involved) that if she wasn't able to return my money I could have her business. Now, the business has gone bankrupt, can I sue her? It's a partnership btw.
