non-payment by online casino
I won $10,000.00 gambling at an online casino. They say they will only pay $1,000.00, and have paid none, then deleted my casino account, so they in effect stole $10,000.00. Can I file a class action lawsuit, as they have done it to others. I found out after the fact that they are blacklisted by groups that rate casinos.

If we can learn of many others with losses we may be able to file a class action and/or seek other significant remedies. Others would need to send us their information using our home web page form as well.
