Debt Collections Companies

Be sure to take action on debts imediately. It is not wise to hide from them. Debt collectors can be harassing for long periods of time because if you don’t satisfy one debt collector, the debt collector will determine it uncollectible and resell the bad debt to another collector who thinks they maybe able to collect. This sometimes goes on for years and 5+ collectors. Each time a new collector gets the account your credit will be pulled and your phone will start ringing. The key is to put the bill collector in their place right from the first contact. That way you wont be harassed and threatened repeatedly.

My wife had an inpant at the dental office, they did a pre-certification and told us that our maximum amount out of pocket will not be more than $600, we paid $687.0 in total, but we kept getting bills, one bill was more than $2000, which I called my insurance company about it, they told me to let the Dental office call us, they did, and the amount was reduced to $831, and the insurance told me to write a complaint letter against the dentist 3 years ago, but I didn't. Now they summoned us via an attorney for debt collection and needs to submit an answer to the court. Would anybody please give me an advice and what to do. Thanks.
