Hello,
I am a freelance artist and I live in the UK. I recently worked on a job for a client in Texas, whom I signed a contract with to do the work. After submitting three invoices to the client (for three and a half months work) I had to let them know that work would not continue until at least the first invoice was paid. This was the end of November 2008. I still have not received any payment at all, and am now not even getting responses to my emails. Needless to say the non-payment has put me under serious financial strain. What can I do to get paid? Can I take legal action against the company for what is owed to me? Your help would be MOST appreciated. Thanks you, Kevin |

Sue them in small claims or have a lawyer sue them.
World Law's lawyers could also probably intervene and help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page. |
