Payday Loan refused payment

Missouri: I have this loan. I talk to the manager of Quik Cash. She told me that $50.00 a month was ok. So I went to Quik Cash with my payment. They refused the payment. They said the only way was to reopen a new loan. I told them no. So I walked out. What can I do? Also they have called me at home, work, also my parents. My father just had open heart surgery in November of 2008. He gets very uspset when they call his home. Can I sue them for bothing me at work and also upsetting my father? Help!!!!!!!!!!

You can threaten to file harassment charges if they call too much.

If you don't pay they can sue or they can forget it. Not much else they can do.

Turn off the ringer and don't take their calls or put a mild one-tone ringer on the phone.
