So I provided $4,000 worth of product to this company located in NY. He gives me a bad check. He's ignoring my calls and emails. Now I have to take him to small claims court. According to his sister, he went bankrupt 3 month prior to receiving my goods. If that's the case, i can get him arrested for fraud. What is the best way to go about doing it?

Call the local District Attorney where the debtor resides, and send the DA a copy of the bad checks!

According the office i spoke to, there is a way to find out where he resides solely on his company name. What is the best route to take?
