colorado: my bank rec'd. a garnishment on my account in sept. of 08 on $900 of medical bills from jan. of 2004. this collection agency for local hospital served an incorrect address in 2006, on the street where i lived, forged my signature, & said i was properly served! how wrong is this? why would they wait all this time, & now take action?
