Confused treasury bonds

I have a bond for the department of treasury to the debt of my house, i got it from the trtasury website and waiting of almost a year, them i got on the mail a bond to review if the info is correct and set it back to treasury, that was back on march 28 and no answer from them, in my copy i have the usps #, item #, offset account #, and ucc contract trust account number with RA letter before the numbers, can please anybody help me to find out what else i have to do. thanks.

That sounds like you may have been scammed. Call your bank and the office supposedly involved.

I did it downloading the forms from grants.gov, is a goverment website.

Original poster said they got it from the Treasury website. Do you think that's the same thing?

And what does the Uniform Commercial Code have to do with this? If you have a problem with the U.S. Treasury, you should probably call them and ask where your documents are -- I don't think anybody here can help you.
