old repo from 2yrs ago, now me and my cosigner are being taken to court HELP!!!!!
ok, i didnt pay on my loan for my car and my dad co signed. Now we are both being taken to court. whats going to happen, is there anything we can do??? they threaten to put a lein on my dads house, can they?? can we go to jail?? the loan amount is for $6100. can we stop the court date? HELP!!!
