How do you get a new "principal judgment" for the writ that reflects new interest, fees and or payment to the account?
The writ gives you the place for interest, costs, attorney fees, etc... to be added to the total on the above paragraph. However when you do the next writ do you start with the total in the paragraph or again the "Principal judgment" that is on file? Thanks |
