FOREIGN DEBT IN UK BUT LIVE IN USA
Can UK debt effect your US credit? Can they enforce debts signed in UK if
sold to US collection agency? I was with AMEX in UK - signed credit agreemnt for UK but I have been told that the debt is being sold to US company. |

They certainy can but it is cumbersome and more costly so they may or may not do so.
If the debt is large, it is more likely they will. |

Thank you but this still does not tell me if a UK credit agreement can be enforced in the US as it is a UK agreement - not a US one? Can they report to US credit agencies?
