credit card debt
I GOT A CREDIT CARD SIX YEARS AGO I NEVER MADE ANY PAYMENTS ON IT NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO REACH ME FOR PAYMET I HAVE NO INCOME WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I have been with a credit counselor for over 4 years and have been paying
$369.00 a month my debit started with $20,000 and now its $18,000 so in the Past few years have only paid $2,000 but now I can not afford the payment Any longer I have been in the hospital 3 times in the past 3 years and last Year had a heart attach and missed over 4 months work not I'm at the point I can not afford the payments any longer. Any advice on what I can do? Can I go to jail or can they garnish my wages? |
