Question cosign problems

cosigned on a loan. now an upside down loan. repo man shows up but i haven't seen the motorcycle or owner in a few years. do i have any options other than paying off this loan on my own. is it possible to sue him to assist paying? would it be in my best interest to allow the motorcycle to be repoed or bring the account up to date?

Default Re: cosign problems

You can pay and then sue the other signer.

Or if you don't pay, the lender will add the issue to your credit report or could even sue you.
