Confused can they hide?

I have a judgment from small claims court on an apartment building. I filed a writ of excuction and when the constable made the demand, they responded by telling him that they have no propery that can be siezed and they also sent him the business organization codes and underlined sec 101.112 (half of B abd all of F) and stated that they are not liabible for this judgment as the company is a LLC. Can they hid behind this? They also said that the rents can not be siezed either. The constable told me he can not advise me in any way but that it doesn't sound right, they could be bluffing, but I need to direct him on how to proceed from here. Can anyone please help me in either how I should predeed or maybe explain what this section states in layman terms. I'm desperate!!
