Unhappy Voluntary Surrender in new york state

Due to current financial conditions, I must surrender my 2007 RV to the creditor. Can they garnishee my Social Security retirement payments, this is the only income I have and can they place a lien on my fully paid 1997 Rodeo? This is the only asset I have.
