does an attorney's office have the right to call the management office of the apartment complex where i live and ask them to leave a message saying "mr.--- from attorney ---'s office called and ask that you call them regarding case number ---." is this a form of harassment? i feel it could lead the complex to think i am having legal issues and could cause a problem if i renew my lease.
