Solicitation arrest

Okay so here's the situation, I go into a hotel room for a massage, not knowing that it is a prostitution sting operation, the Undercover Officer tells me that I must wear a condom, at no time did I ask for sex of any type, I say okay not thinking that it was a big deal, I have worn condoms in the past to prevent seamen drippings from dirtying the sheets, as soon as I hand over the money for the massage I get arrested and am told I was soliciting for sex because I agreed to put a condom on. First of all how can I be soliciting for sex when I never asked for anything, I never said how much to ****, or how much for a blow job, or even how much for a hand job, I was clear that I was there for a massage and the subject of sex never even came up.

You could offer that as a defense.

You should coordinate that with legal counsel before you do that.

So, you go to a hotel room, strip naked (for a reason to put on a condom), put on a condom, and give the lady money.

The question in my mind is that with all the legitimate businesses around what prompted you to seek the services of a lady of the night? Not that you need to answer, but this question will be raised in most people as well.

Fall asleep in court. When the Judge askes "How do you plead?" And they wake you up.

there's another brillant defense; haha. not. sooo dude? are you for real? this is sooo not real. k if you're going into a place for a message; first of all-chances of it being in a hotel room? seriously? no. & then you're going to um...put a condom on? no. lol dude had you been seriously getting a message the girl would've asked you to put the sheet around you prob in the bathroom; there you would've seen ur copers. haha. good luck next time buddy. p.s. next time go to a real business. you might even really be innocent but you're going to have to come up w/ a better defense than "i didn't do it"...good luck.
