Exclamation If a peace bond is breached, are you charges for this breach at end of probation

I am on a peace bond and probation. On Alberta Canada.

When you breach probation a warrant is issued and when ever the police get around to it they will arrest you or you can turn your self in.
My question is.
When you breach a peace bond, who ever is looking after this area wait until end of probation to charge you or would they put a warrant out as soon as you breach and the steps would be like a probation breach?

Any person can report you for the peace bond breach. Often it is a person you have been ordered to avoid,

Exclamation Re: If a peace bond is breached, are you charges for this breach at end of probation

There is no person that issued this peace bond against me. The police had it put on me when I was arrested for uttering a death threat to my husband when I had a nervous crash down.
The police put it on me as they thought I may be a danger to him and the public.
This peacebond is on me until August 10th 2008. but I have a letter stating from
my Dr. about one month after this bond was issued that my husband and I can live together that the threat was no longer there.

But I was under investigation regarding another incident not connected to this one last month, I was not arrested.
I was wondering if this incident alone would have breached the bond, as I am suppose to stay on good behavior.

You should review the terms of that bond.

Often it will be related solely to the person you must avoid.

...but some will say you must not have any issue with law enforcement at all...
