My son was accused of having sex with a minor. The young lady went to his house while he was intoxicated and he told her that she couldn't stay and don't remember letting her in.
Now my question is: she has been pursuing him and she knew he was intoxicated when he opened the door. Most of sex crimes are always about the male and what he shouldn't had done. My question is: is it possible that while he was intoxicated that she could have done whatever "he" was accused of? They obviously were the only person there. Why assume that the male is THE initiator and guilty because he a male. In this day and age young women have the capability to initiate and perform as well as a man, and in my son's case: and intoxicated one at that. Which I believe can make it even easier. Don't you think? |
