mass lic with tickets in North Carolina
I have a massachusetts licences recieved a ticket in North Carolina, Was involved in an accident in my own vehicle, when i tried to miss a deer that had run out in front of me, Ticket given was operating a motor vehicle with out being licenced by north carolina. and with out keeping the vehicle to the right half of the road. Also the accident occured around 12:00 a.m. local police arrived, he didn't write up anything had to wait for a state trooper that didn't arrive until 3:30 A.M. what can I do ? Will this affect my North Carolina license when I get one or does it stay on my Mass Lic?

It may very well be listed on both as they are cross-referenced in some cases and your ticket was given locally.
Why did they not accept your out of state license--did they view you as resident there in NC or what? |
